Zac led us to a better option in a top safety pick with awesome gas milage, the Hyundai Elantra. It will probably turn out better to have the money we're saving in gas than to have the extra space we would get with an SUV. One detractor from this experience was that we were first time car buyers and our options were limited because of our credit. Other than that, we had a title issue that forced us to come back the following day to pick up the car. Bottom Line: This may not be the best place to start if you have a short credit history and need low monthly payments, but otherwise, the selection and customer service will be satisfactory for any car buyer. Unprofessional, try to walk a car out the door with out proper info. I gave them the lease paper work to my 2011 hyundai. ready to sign new papers. 3 weeks later they tell me my lease was only 12000 per yr proper info. Which leaves me at double the allotted miles!! This should have been figured out the very first time i came in and sat down. Did i mention i leased the 2011 tuscon from them and the moment i walked in i handed them the paperwork and lease for that car?? so they should know their stuff and be familiar with my lease program. I have been back 3 time which is an hour and a half out of my way to olnly be told 3 weeks later that they found out i did not have a 60000 mi lease. This would have been fine had they told me the first day. But they did not even go look at my car before writing up paper work for the new one!! big mistake. What a waste of time. The GM is not the brightest and seems to take his time figuring out stuff. Thanks for your time hopefully no one else goes through this. I know i wont because i am not going back. If you absolutely have to buy from them go see Johny C. He is awesome. But the GM should figure things out in a more timely fashion. Being dragged along for 3 weeks expecting a new car only to be told that you wont be, even after puting money down on the car!, is painful, aggravating and insulting. No one should have to go through that!! More
