I would not buy from a dealer like this at all. If you can not make a Honest buck get out of the Business. I have asked this dealer very nice 6 times to stop sending this Junk mail to my house and each time I was told sorry we will take care of it 2 years latter I still get the junk. I've been a proud Hyundai owner for 12 years and have always dealt with Rte 2 Hyundai. When I came to the realization that it was time to buy a new car, I honestly didn't think to go anywhere else. I first dealt with Gina, who was quick to respond to my email inquiring about an Elantra pricing and financing. When I spoke to her on the phone, she answered all of my questions and attentive to any concerns I had. She set me up to meet with sales consultant, Brian Smith. The service I received from Brian was nothing short of top notch. He went over all of my options, listened to my demands and worked with his GM Mikey to ensure I got everything I wanted and remained within my price range. The entire staff consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This also includes the Service Dept. I often deal with Joe DeCarolis who has always been great when I've had to bring my car in for service. Thanks to the entire staff for making this purchase extremely painless!! :-) More

The costumer service was great! always ready to answer our questions and meet our requests. The snacks are good and the coffee too, well there was actually a machine with a variety of delicious hot bever our questions and meet our requests. I did not have my girls with me but I was exited to see a kids room,(keeping it in mind to when I need my oil change!!). They were always trying to keep us comfortable,so even though we spend a few hours deciding on cars they seem minutes because all of the good services. Quality of work was excellent. William was very honest and patient from the beginning with us, so I felt comfortable to explain all the things that I was looking for in a car and all my concerns.I am a single mom, with two girls, and William along with his manager Max Silvera went above and beyond, so I could find a safe, affordable and beautiful car for me and my girls. They really went our of their way for me, they spend a lot of time working numbers, so I could afford the car that I loved. Not only that, but they make sure that I could have everything just on time so I can surprise my kids. William explain everything about the car in detail, even repeating the important stuff, making sure that I understood. Kevin, the business manager got ready all the papers for us, so we did not have to wait for hours at motor vehicles, which it was awesome!!, and he was very nice, so he turned the serious part of the process in to very pleasant one. The people that we met was friendly, but not like fake which I liked.They inspire honesty. Overall the staff was polite, friendly and they look happy. They loved what they were doing especially making people happy. At the end you get to hit the metal plate,(announcing that you just bought a car), and the people working at the store gather around, looking as happy as the ones that bought the car which I though I was pretty impressive. I am very happy with the fact that I have a car that I love and I would be able to pay. And specially with the people that help me to make it possible. More

After working with Kevin to do all the paperwork we got back with Brian to go over all the operational aspects of our new car, he even took the time to hook our phone into car! I'm one of those folks that hates to buy a car. I had been dreading it for months. I had read/heard good things about how Hyundai quality had really improved in the last 2-3 years. I travel for work, and frequently rent Hyundai Sonatas. Sooo, I was sold on the car, but now where to go? I had friends who had very good luck with Route 2 Hyundai. My wife and I decided one day on a whim to stop by. We were met by Brian Smith at the door. He greeted us warmly, and asked what had brought us in. I explained that my need wasn't immediate, but just wanted to see what was out there. Brian was great. He put no pressure on us. He showed us a couple of models, talked about the dealership, and then most importantly, HE LEFT US ALONE! My wife and I were able to talk and peruse the lot by ourselves without feeling any kind of pressure. At the end, Brian was great, made sure we had his phone number, and we were on our way. A few months later, when it was very clear that I had to do something about my car, I knew there was only one person to see, Brian Smith at Route 12 Hyundai. Again, he listened to what we needed in a car, what we could afford in a car, and then *he made it happen*. He even "sweetened" the deal with a few things I had not thought of. (VERY HELPFUL). In the end, I walked out with a great car, at a great price! It was, shockingly, a wonderful experience. Since then, I've had times when I needed quick info/answers to a question, and Brian has been great. He didn't just disappear after the deal was done. I can not recommend him high enough.
