For anybody who reads these reviews to help decide where they are going to purchase their next vehicle, there was certainly one person in this situation who wasn’t very “bright”. Either it’s us, who didn’t complete the sale so the customer WOULDN’T get charged $8,000 in mileage overage. OR, it is the customer who thought it would be a good idea to sign up for a 36,000 mile lease, drive double the allotted mileage (which was “only a little over” according to them), and then think they are not accountable for anything at the end. Nothing other than paying for this customer’s $8,000 mistake would make them happy. Being blamed for other people’s mistakes is what is really “painful, aggravating, and insulting”

This customer found a used NISSAN online, called in on the availability, came in with a flyer expecting to get incentives that were clearly only available on BRAND NEW 2013 HYUNDAIS, and got mad at us when they couldn’t use it. I think this is more of a case of being embarrassed they thought they would actually get new Hyundai manufacturer incentives on a pre-owned Nissan. It would be like if you got a coupon in the mail from BEST BUY with savings for an LG flat screen TV and then went there and tried to use it on a Samsung. They would kindly tell you the coupon is only valid on LG. Same thing, just can’t make everybody happy. We will continue to try!
