I went to route 2 Hyundai because my car was dead all the way in Salem new Hampshire. I worked with Roy and he was very friendly and listened to exactly what I needed. Unfortunately the 2 cars I was interested in were already sold but still online! [Not sure if that was a ploy] They did show me some comparable cars that satisfied my list even though the mileage was much hi sold but still online! I had had a very poor experience with another Hyundai dealer going back and forth at least 3 times with no deal being made. Rte 2 had several sales people waiting outside for your business. I was greeted warmly by Will Landine who was very straight forward and quickly went to work trying to find a good match after the other cars were already sold. Having knowledge of what my trade-in was worth, Will came back with an offer was 1,500.00 less than what I was quoted at the other dealership. I thought, "Here we go again!" BUT to my surprise the counter-offer said OK and the deal was done! While the car got prepped and I did the paperwork, Will cleaned my trade-in of all my stuff and changed the plates. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. More

I had gone to another Hyundai Dealer and put in a new car order plus gave a $99.00 Administrative Fee, which I have no clue yet if will be returned. For next 3 days I never heard from them. This had me now in a very guarded mood and untrusting. I then went to local Route-2 Hyundai Dealer and was greeted buy Roy Mitchell I expressed I wanted to purchase a new Elantra. Roy took me to look at inventory. I found several colors & told him I would need to talk with my wife 1st. I then asked give me a out the door price. He took me then to Peter whom did some figuring and beat price I had by 325.00 I also had a check from NFCU @ 84 months and 5.29% Peter told me of Hyundai Finance I less than 5 minutes I was approved at 72 months and 3.9% This was with lower monthly payment & 12 months shorter term. I said I would need to go home and talk with wife. They were okay with this and no pressure. This was Thursday evening with most likely return day being Sunday. As luck had it my wife was free next morning today Friday 10/11/13 She met with Roy he showed here inventory and she text me saying which one she liked. I then spoke with Roy and said it's a Deal at Peter's verbal quote. With in 5 hours car loan was done, car insurance added by my agency, Registration, License & Taxes paid, State Safety Inspection Sticker Issued and Keys in my hand ready to drive way. I have also heard from a co worker how good a experience he had little over a year ago. If asked in future of good dealer Route-2 will be my recommendation! More
