I was looking to purchase a vehicle and was working with another dealership (HARR Toyota Scion in Worcester MA) they strung me alone for about a week making me promises about loans and what not. I do not ha another dealership (HARR Toyota Scion in Worcester MA) they strung me alone for about a week making me promises about loans and what not. I do not have the best credit so it was a miracle that a dealership was willing to even work with me. I went to the dealership in Worcester and when I got there, I was there for 5 minutes and they basically told me there was nothing they could do for me because I apparently did not make enough money to even be put in a used vehicle. I left very upset and angry. I had remembered I spoke with Roy Mitchell with Route 2 Hyundai in Leominster MA earlier that week on Facebook and I went in to see if he could help me. He was very upfront, honest, and friendly. I told him about everything I had gone through with HARR earlier that morning and he was very understanding. they worked with me and my credit and come to find out that HARR ran my credit to a bunch of banks without my knowledge and hurt my credit even more! BUT Route 2 Hyundai worked with me and were able to not only get me a vehicle, but a brand new one! I highly recommend Route 2 Hyundai and working with Roy Mitchell to anyone! More
