Josh Hamel was attentive, helpful and courteous without being pushy or overbearing. He was patient and treated us like we were his only concern. I have had very bad experiences at other dealerships and w being pushy or overbearing. He was patient and treated us like we were his only concern. I have had very bad experiences at other dealerships and women, particularly, oder women are often ignored and treated as if they are idiots. Josh was very informative and not at all condescending. I would definitely recommend this dealership and particularly Josh Hamel. More

I am a first time buyer, and I had a great experience at Rte. 2 Hyundai. I wasn't looking for anything special; just a car to get me to and from work with great gas mileage. William Landine was my Sales R Rte. 2 Hyundai. I wasn't looking for anything special; just a car to get me to and from work with great gas mileage. William Landine was my Sales Representative and he walked me through the entire process patiently and with care. When recommending cars to me, he made sure he found exactly what I was looking for, and at the right price. I work in customer service myself, and I received excellent customer service from William. I highly recommend going to him for your next vehicle purchase. More

Came in to just test drive a Veloster and ended up buying one! We were greeted as soon as we got out of our car but not in a "I'm gonna get you to buy a car" sort of way but a nice friendly one. When I came to Route 2 Hyundai I was quite unsure about what car I wanted, and I wanted to make sure I kept the price as low as possible so that my insurance wasn't too high. That's where Will came in, he what car I wanted, and I wanted to make sure I kept the price as low as possible so that my insurance wasn't too high. That's where Will came in, he found the exact car I needed, and to be quite honest I was far more than content. Brian Smith was amazing to work with. He was not at all what I thought salesmen were supposed to be like. He was not fake, not pushy, and genuinely interested in getting me into something I could afford an what I thought salesmen were supposed to be like. He was not fake, not pushy, and genuinely interested in getting me into something I could afford and would love. He worked for two days to get me financed with my bad credit. When no other dealership or salesman would even give me the time of day.
