Roy was great! I didn't think Id be approved for a lease and I was! When I found out how expensive my insurance would be due to my surcharges I didn't think I could afford it but he got me the best de lease and I was! I needed a new car to get to work because my 'old faithful' finally could not be repaired, but my credit is less than perfect. I had been to three other dealerships and wasn't impressed with their o faithful' finally could not be repaired, but my credit is less than perfect. I had been to three other dealerships and wasn't impressed with their offers. I knew Route 2 Hyundai can work with credit issues via internet search results. I decided to drive 42 miles to Leominster. I was greeted by Will Landine, a friendly young and very likeable salesman. He was attuned to his customer's situation. He and the staff quickly got me approved to buy a car there. After driving only two late model cars, I decided the low mileage Honda Civic would fit my needs, plus it has a very cool interior. I was really surprised to learn their plan was for me to drive it home that day. William actually followed me home to return the car I borrowed and get the plates from my disabled car. Upon return to the dealership in Leominster, the plates were attached to the new car and I drove it home that day. I have been driving and buying cars for over forty years. This was absolutely the best and easiest car buying experience I've had. I whole heartedly recommend Route 2 Hyundai. More

First, the car; we bought a Hyundai Elantra GLS with an optional, dealer installed, sun roof. It hasn't been very long, so the novelty has yet to wear off. That notwithstanding, the car is comfortable, quiet, more roomy than expected for a compact sedan and handles nicely. It won't win any drag races, but it will pass many gas stations without the need to stop - a key reason for our purchase. So far, we love it! Now, the dealership. If you really, really don't want to buy a car, don't visit these people. I don't know how they do it, but they make deals you can't refuse. We spent about $1500 LESS than we expected for what we got! The entire staff is friendly, and helpful. And last, but not least, Brian Smith. Brian is friendly, courteous, helpful and thoroughly professional. He is completely knowledgable about the range of products and options and is always ready to help with configuration questions. By the end of the purchase process, any questions were completely and carefully answered. All with NO HIGH PRESSURE, thank you! I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a new car. To summarize, I don't know how other Hyundai dealerships in the area will survive; these guys are unbeatable. More
