I purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership. Right after buying the car the service light came on and it started making a noise. I brought the car in twice to be serviced and was told both times the p after buying the car the service light came on and it started making a noise. I brought the car in twice to be serviced and was told both times the problem was fixed. The car continued to make the same noise so I had to bring it in a THIRD time. At that time I told them I wanted my money back, the lemon law clearly states that if you bring your car in three times during the warranty period for the same issue that your money has to be refunded to you. And they refused were completely rude especially the General Manager. I would never in a million years recommend this dealership to anyone. I have heard nothing but bad things about them and now I see why. We had even came to an agreement to get a different car through them and then they tried to be sneaky and not tell me that they only paid off the loan for car I had for 2 weeks for the trade in value and would not be refunding anything to me; they rolled in the different of over $4,000 to the loan without even telling me and I had to question many times and the salesman Willy Wachira just kept telling me it was for fees and taxes....over $4,000 worth of fees and taxes....really....horrible horrible people. More

I went to the dealership looking for a car and Adam met me at the door and was excellent at negotiating a deal for me. He was courteous, and hard working. Oh my gosh! I love my new Tucson! Adam was amazing today! I brought my crazy dad in with me and Adam was able to keep up with him. He worked with us to get us a great deal.
