My wife and I has called several Hyundai dealers to inquire about Elantra prices. Rte 2 Hyundai had the lowest quote and they have a children's playroom as well. We made the 42 mile trip to see them pl inquire about Elantra prices. Rte 2 Hyundai had the lowest quote and they have a children's playroom as well. We made the 42 mile trip to see them planning to only look so we brought our 2 young kids with us. But after a test drive and a bit of negotiating we struck a really good price for a sweet 2013 Elantra and we bought it. The children's playroom was a godsend and the sales reps were polite and friendly. The dealership is emasculate and had plenty of places to sit and relax. The service was very good and our sales rep Will was friendly and honest. I had to return a couple of days later to have a remote starter installed and they let me use a loaner vehicle for the night. I would buy another vehicle from them without question and having just bought a brand new vehicle from them I can probably get an even better deal on my next purchase (Hint, Hint!). More

Great service when I went to purchase the vechile in January... Jermaine listened to my husband and my needs.. Found the perfect car for our needs and price. But few days later cars cd player went.. Anyone can sell you a car and than tell you you need to flip the bill for repairs... But not RT2 for them CUSTOMER SERVICE is key... On March 6 2013 i walked to to Rt 2 Hyundai very unsure of what to expect , As i was looking for the showroom i met Jason Glenn . Jason was just coming into work and didnt even take his coat off before he of what to expect , As i was looking for the showroom i met Jason Glenn . I explained my situation to him and he said ok lets try , i have been to other dealers that didnt try as hard as rt 2 did . Jason Glenn is a GREAT Sales Person , he is very efficent and does not beat around the bush , i liked this dealership because it was Clean , Friendly and they tried there hardest to make sure i as a customer was happy !!! This is my first experience buying a Hyundai and with this dealer. I was referred by a friend that has bought 2 new cars and both times dealt with Johnny C. Upon my visit Johnny was tied up and Brendan this dealer. I was referred by a friend that has bought 2 new cars and both times dealt with Johnny C. Upon my visit Johnny was tied up and Brendan offered to help me while Johnny C. finished up with another customer. As it worked out Johnny stopped by to say Hello and let me know that he was sorry but did not want to keep me waiting, and I was in good hands with Brendan. He was right !!!! Brendan went through the car from top to bottom, inside and out with me as well as escorted me with a test drive. The whole experience was a pleasant one. I picked up the car as scheduled and to date I'm enjoying it. More

We gave the rating above because the dealership was very professional. I feel all features / buttons should be shown to the customer prior to them driving away. I have purchased other vehicles where you are shown absolutely every button. Many features were reviewed, but definitely not all. I did not even know that the Hyundai Tucson had an optional manual shift until I accidentally shifted over to it upon my initial take off to work....then I had to read the manual later in the evening to discover this feature. The general preparation of the vehicle was good, but covers to buttons, sticker (label) on the glove box and plastic on the dash were left behind....no big deal for me, but some customers may frown upon this. Our sales rep was very pleasant to deal with and the sales manager was equally pleasant. They gave us a great deal, and we are enjoying the car. The cable to connect the MP3 player was missing....we did not know, and when we went back for another visit to the dealership we wanted to buy the cable. Brian promptly gave us a cable...no charge of course as it should have been included. Honestly, we were very pleased....the only big deal was not knowing about the automatic / manual shifting option. Not every car comes with this and it should not be assumed the new owners would know about it or how to operate it. More

I went to buy my 4th ( 5 if we call helping my son get his 2011 Accent) Car here. I only come to Rte 2 Hyundai because of how helpful & friendly they all are. I let Adam, know what I Was looking for and it ended up not being what I came to see. Adam listened to me. About Features I wanted, color, price, payments............ My previous 3 cars were Elantra's but I never quite got everything I wanted for the price. (I would forget something!!) Well Adam found me EXACTLY what I asked for at the price.I wanted!!! He bent over backwards to find me my 2013 Sporty Hyundai Elantra Hatchback, in the Color, features & Payments I wanted!!!!!! Originally I was going for AWD, but I drive a lot and the gas would have been a lot more and for what I need, this is the Car. Thank you Adam I'll see you in 5 years!! (never know may be less) More
