I just need to say how very pleased I am with my new 2013 Black Hyundai Elantra. I LOVE driving it, feels like my own little sports car! We got some extras and are very, very glad we did. The Blue Tooth feature is awesome - don't have to worry about my phone at all! Heated seats feel great on your back for comfort. Adam was exstremly curtious and knew his product as well. I started my new car venture on Saturday and was totally frustrated with the salesmen and end results with the local dealers in my area. I got on line with RT2 Hyundai on Sunday and recieved a quote from Adam on the vehicle I was intered in. The price quoted to me on line was better than my in person dealing with the local dealers. I was upsidedown in my trade so it was a very hard deal to satisfy me on a purchase. Adam assured me he would do his best to get me all the money for my trade to make the deal. WELL,I went on Monday and after beating Adam and Monty(sales mgr) up(because that's what I do) I made the deal! These guys up here are like friends to me now. The both of them treated with the upmost respect even though I was a LITTLE hard on them they still kept on dealing with me to make me happy. I traveled 23 miles away from my local dealers and will never purchase another vehicle elsewhere without seeing Adam or Monty(HALL) again. Sorry Monty, had to do it! So if anyone is looking to purchase a new Hyundai I will suggest not to waste your time with other dealers like I did and go and see these guys first for your absolute best deal. YOU WILL NOT BE WASTING YOUR TIME LIKE I DID!!!!!! More
Today I bought my 6th Sonata in twelve years from Route 2 Hyundai, This is my third one that I purchased from Josh Hamel' the previous person I worked with was Kevin Clonan, he went into another field of em Hyundai, This is my third one that I purchased from Josh Hamel' the previous person I worked with was Kevin Clonan, he went into another field of employment some 6 years ago, and from him I had also purchased 3 new Sonatas. (2003, 2005, 2007, 209, 2011, and today a 2013 a total of six over a twelve year period.) The way that I have been treated by both Josh, and his predicessor, is the reason I keep going back to Route 2 Hyundai every two years to purchase a new Sonata. Josh is amazingly helpful, very knowledgeable, a gentleman, extremely friendly and always follows through with his goal to "to do right" by his customers. He has helped time after time to find just the right Sonata that I want, with just the right accessories I want, for what I feel is a fair price. He always always gone that extra mile for me. For example, this year I decided to give my daugther my 2011 Sonata. Because of her schedule he offered to, and did, come in an hour and a half before his scheduled shift to facilitate me being able to help her transfer her plates to my old car, get my new car registered and still leave enough time for my daughter to return to her home and go to her daughter's school to serve as a classroom volunteer, reading to the kindergardeners. Josh never rushes or pressures you to make a decision. Even after reaching a "deal"; he spends as much time as needed to help me to fill out the paperwork properly. Even today, when I picked up my car, he spent copious amounts of time walking me through how to operate the varies "gizmos" and accesories that are found on/in the new 2013 Sonata. WIthout his peronal tutelage, I'd be reading manuals for two works, and still not know if what I was doing was correct! He is may savior when it comes to buying a new car and as you can see always go to Route 2 Hyundia and to Josh Hamel in particular. He does not waste my time, he is most helpful, most sincere and most honorable. I highly recommend Josh. He's a good salesman, but more importantly, he ois a good person. Thank you Route 2 Hyundai and thank you Josh Hamel. More
Salesman, Will, was helpful and willing even though the weather was terrible. Pricing seemed fair. I submitted a credit app online. Adam and Samantha were very prompt at responding to my application, explaining that they had just received a vehicle that they thought would be perfect for what I was looki very prompt at responding to my application, explaining that they had just received a vehicle that they thought would be perfect for what I was looking for. I went down to the dealership and took the car out for a test drive and fell in love with it. We finalized paperwork that night and the car was held until I received my check from my insurance company. In the meantime the car was sent out to have a scratch on the bumper fixed. My check came in and I went back in to give them my down payment and hoped to pick up my car. Unfortunately the car was not back from being fixed so I was unable to take it. Saddened I went home and prayed that I would be able to get the car the next night. Adam and Sam tried their best to get through to the body shop but were not getting a return call so they made arrangements for me to get a loaner car until mine came back. I was elated since I had been without a vehicle since my accident three weeks prior. Sam called me and made arrangements to drop off the loaner vehicle to me so that I would not have to keep coming back in. I was waiting for Sam to come with the car when she called again and told me that my car had just come back to the lot and would be ready for me within the hour. Then asked if I wanted to come get it or if I wanted to have it dropped off in my driveway. I was so excited to be getting my car that I told her that I would come by and get it. When I got to the lot my car was sitting out front waiting for me. Adam promptly came out to meet me, dangling the keys with a big smile!! Both Adam and Sam went above and beyond to make this experience a good one - I am a very happy, satisfied customer. More
After getting turned down by countless dealerships for insufficient credit, Route 2 Hyundai got us a loan for the car we really wanted. Josh, our salesman, understood our situation and genuinely wanted to help us. He wasn't one of those car dealers you hear about that push and push or are only concerned about his commision. I've bought cars off other dealers before and never have I felt so secure in my decision. One thing that Josh said that stuck with me is that Rt.2 Hyundai prides themselves on customer satisfaction. I can definitely vouch for that! More

Visited Rte 2 Hyundai to test drive a car and see what they could do for a loan, I'm 18 so I don't have much credit but they helped me out and I drove a 2012 Elantra home that night!
