I was referred to Adam Mician by my cousin he insured me that I would be satisfied with Adam and that it would be an easy buying experience. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. After walking the lot and test driving cars we sat down and I told him where I needed to be with my payment and he made it happen. Adam explain how every single feature worked in my vehicle and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle. I wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle that day but he made it possible and made it such a great buying experience that I didn't hesitate and was very excited to drive of the lot with my new Hyundai. Adam went above and beyond for me and hooked up my Bluetooth for me and also helped me clean out my car. It was nice not having the pressure about upgrading what we wanted to get once we told him we were happy with the car we drove. He gave a great trade in value for our used 07 Elantra, outdoing another dealership by $1000. We closed the deal that day, he has followed up very nicely to make sure everything has been to our satisfaction. We think he has done such a good job, that when our daughter buys her new Elantra in 12-18 months we expect to be going back to Duane. More

Now normally this would have been in the trash barrel! But I decided oh what the heck ill just give it one last try.. I made an appointment online and immediately Monte gave me a phone call and gave me some hope. I came in on Saturday to see what they had to offer me thinking this probably be a waste of time for me listening to the same thing! I met Monte, very gentleman like and then he introduced me to Josh!! Josh was very helpful, putting my concerns and interests as top priorities in finding the right car for me. He has excellent customer service and is a very easy person to speak with. He answered all of my questions and were able to find a car that fits my budget. To find out my credit was not even bad!!
