I was blown away by the level of service provided to me by Joe DeCarolis and Jesse Breton in service. They were amazing in handling my case. I also needed to correct a pulling issue with my steering by Joe DeCarolis and Jesse Breton in service. They were amazing in handling my case. I also needed to correct a pulling issue with my steering after the crossmember and rotted springs and struts were replaced. I asked them to rotate my vehicle's tires to address the issue, a service for which I was willing to pay for. You can imagine my surprise when they informed me that there would be no charge for this service!! Wow...really? I was able to speak with Dana, also, the gentleman that actually performed the inspection and rotation. He was incredibly personable as he explained to me that the crossmember would normally effect my steering. He was correct...the pull is GONE!! Great Job to RTE 2 HYUNDAI!! My next vehicle will be purchased there. A stark comparison to my experience with Bob Pascarelli at Herb Chambers in Auburn, where I purchased my Sonata. He effectively LOST MY BUSINESS. She is helpful, professional, and takes the time to make I've come in for service at RTE 2 Hyundai. She is ALWAYS friendly with a smile on her face! The last dealership where I had my car serviced rarely included a hello or thank you; just give us your keys and then your money when you pick it up. This IS NOT the case with RTE 2 Hyundai. I wasn't prepared to buy a car but the one I was driving wouldn't make it any longer so I went to see these guys praying that they could do something for me. I have been dealing with Joe for quite some time. He always gives me an appointment that's convenient for me, since I come from a distance. Joe goes the extra mile as far as explaining my service needs, always gives me an appointment that's convenient for me, since I come from a distance. We bought a new Elantra last March and loved it and found Rt 2 great to do business with. About 3 weeks ago our Elantra was totaled. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but we were very sad losing our car. Days later, we called Rt 2, asked for Jermaine, who sold us our last car, and told him we wanted another one just like it. There were no 2012s left, but there was a 2013 that was almost an exact match. Jermaine and everyone at Rt 2 was great and gave us a good price and we are very happy to be driving an Elantra again. And the 2013 has some nice new features that the 2012 didn't have. More

Had a great experience for the first time EVER at a new car dealership. We liked Josh right away. He was easy to talk to. We didn't expect to buy a car today ( I had just filled the tank in my wifes car to car dealership. We liked Josh right away. He was easy to talk to. Josh had us drive a new elantra. I had read about it in consumer reports. It was a recomended car.But Josh made it so easy and made us feel comfortable buying from him. Then he introduced us to Monte !He gave us what we thought was a good deal. We asked for a minute to talk it over. My wife felt the same way i did and decided to buy now.
