I came in searching for a new Hyundai Elantra. Patrick was quick to approach me inquiring as to what my needs were. He, however, was very vague with his explanations of things. Then after several back-and-forth negotiations we finally settled on a solid price for the vehicle that was in stock. I explained that the vehicle being used for trade-in would not be available until the following Friday and we were in agreement that the new car would be held until then. When I called to get the VIN number for an insurance quote, I was told the vehicle had been sold with no exact replacement in stock. Therefore, I went to a different dealership and worked with a sales manager that was far more knowledgeable and honest, and purchased the car that I had been looking for. I would not recommend Patrick Osborne as a reliable salesperson. More

I put off buying a car for years because I dreaded the process of going to a dealership and the whole process involved in buying a new car. As soon as I pulled up, I was met by Emerald Ralston, who was friendly, open and ready to talk about the options. I felt zero pressure to *buy* anything. I specifically explained what I was looking in a car, and she had me test driving a 2008 Mercury Mariner within 15 minutes. We discussed the financial parameters I had to work with, and she again worked quickly and smoothly with Peter and the finance team to prepare the perfect financing package for me. We signed the paperwork and I was ready to leave the next day with my new car all ready to go. I never expected it to go that smoothly, that quickly and that easily. Emerald, Peter and the rest of the staff at Route 2 Hyundai made the experience so helpful and so positive that I can 100% recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. I called another area Hyundai dealer to inquire about a Hyundai Veloster, I spoke to a sales rep and told them what I was looking for. They said they would check and get back to me. They never did. I told him what I wanted and he took my info and said he would get back to me. Just a few minutes later I recieve a call from Tim saying they have the car I'm looking for. So we set up an appointment for a test drive. I went to Rt 2 Hyundai and within 3-4 hours I was driving home in my brand new Veloster. Tim was very helpful and explained everything very throughly.
