This is the third brand-new Hyundai I have personally bought from Rte 2 Hyundai and I'm very happy with my experience. I've had no problems with this dealership since 2004 when I bought my 1st Elantra GT bought from Rte 2 Hyundai and I'm very happy with my experience. I am an informed consumer and did all of my research on Hyundai USA, Rte 2 Hyundai's web site, and on Kelly Blue Book before I contacted Adam via their site, who was courteous and helpful. I went to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to test drive the cars I was most interested in and Will was very helpful in the process. We are a Hyundai family; my husband has bought 2, my sister bought 2, and my mother-in-law bought 1 - all from Rte 2 Hyundai. You just can't beat the value and the safety. More

1 of the worst experience I ever had with car salesman And purchasing of a new car. I was fooled by a Hondai representative Loring me into a Hondai store miles away from my hometown selling me a dream w And purchasing of a new car. I was fooled by a Hondai representative Loring me into a Hondai store miles away from my hometown selling me a dream when I was in need .found out they were not willing to fulfill the agreements made upon the sales phone associate also not able to fulfill of the agreement 1 of which was to lower my monthly payments that was promise and also brought me to Leominster mass the for a trade of my Sedona 2012 the sales guy tried to get me to buy a used car 2011 I was about to cry and look at the sales associate like are you kidding me I was admittedly disappointed and agitated that I came so far to be suckered into lies the sales associate was not accommodateding empathetic to what I was trying to explain became very disrespectful hi tone and absolutely ignorant when I ask to speak to the supervisor who was standing close by came over and try to shake my hand after listen to his employees talk over me aggressively with me customer with a it was absolutely inappropriate unprofessional I refuse the handshake and he told me to get out never in all my life have I ever been disrespected More

The service was fantastic. Zac knew the answers to all of our questions and was very helpful the entire time. Adam helped us finish the sale and even cleaned our other car off before we went home! I needed a new car very badly & though I had never been there before I had heard good things about Rte 2 Hyundai so a couple of Sundays ago I went there with my dad to just look around, though hoping been there before I had heard good things about Rte 2 Hyundai so a couple of Sundays ago I went there with my dad to just look around, though hoping to find a good deal & car. After spending a short time looking around we were greeted warmly & sincerely by Brian & asked what we were looking for. We told him & went inside to talk about options. We decided what my price range was & after trying out 3 cars & looking over 2-3 others I saw "the one". It was a beautiful 2011 Hyundai Elantra. We took it out for a ride & I knew it was the car for me. I assumed it would take quite a bit of time, probably days , to make it all happen, mostly because I rode there with my dad & didn't have my car. Not the case...after deciding on a fair price, with plenty of negotiating on both sides, I was told if my car could be brought there that day, so the trade-in value could be determined, I could be driving home that night in my new car .To make a long story short, I did get my car back there & a couple of hours later drove away in my new car, all of us happy. ( me the most ) The whole experience was enjoyable, with no pressure from Brian at all, only helpful options. Also all the others working, not only the salespeople but everyone, was polite, cheerful & pleasant to be around. My dad was very impressed with Rt. 2 Hyundai & while we were there my dad was checking out the 2013 Santa Fe and him & my mother are planning a trip there in the near future to look into trading when their lease on a Nissan Rogue runs out soon. More

I got a 2013 Sonata and am loving it! I would highly recommend Route 2 Hyundai. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. This time I dealt with Brendan, Monte and Peter.
