This was the best experience I've had when buying a new vehicle.They are the most customer oriented dealership I have been to. With NO PRESSURE whatsoever. Amazing ability to work with you. They gave me a great deal, a great trade-in, and put me into a beautiful new Sonata at a price I could afford. Handled all aspects of the transaction professionally. I have been to many dealerships, and Route 2 Hyundai is the best one I have ever dealt with in terms of their ability to take great care of their customers. Josh and Kevin had me driving my new Sonata home within a couple of hours,I plan on recomending them to all my family and freinds when they need a new vehicle. More
Decided it was time to get rid of my 2 cars due to an unfortunate turn in my life. Went in looking for a 2012 Veloster and Tim and his team came through. Let's face it...car buying can be a wonderful and horrible thing. Route 2 Hyundai, especially Adam and their Finance Team, have an incredibly ability to make it way more wonderful, and the horrible- horrible thing. Route 2 Hyundai, especially Adam and their Finance Team, have an incredibly ability to make it way more wonderful, and the horrible-ness nonexistent. Their team negotiated a killer finance rate with affordable payments, and got me into a brand new Veloster, with little more than a few signatures on my behalf (and hitting a gong). Adam is a professional and competent salesperson, who was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and always available during the transaction for questions. They kept mentioning that I could bring the car anywhere for service, and that I wouldn't have to bring it back to them...I think that I would be stupid not to. Thanks guys! --I feel obligated to add that I've dealt with the absolute worst in dealers...a bad car can really lessen the quality of your life (and the dealership will only make it worse if they're just as bad). Route 2 Hyundai is a gem of a place, and I don't think that I'd be able to trust any one else with a car purchase again. More
So the story goes, I had bought a 2011 sonata from rt 2 a few years ago and started having a few issues with the push start and also looking for something with better gas mileage. Went into the hyundai deal few years ago and started having a few issues with the push start and also looking for something with better gas mileage. Went into the hyundai dealership looking for a savior and then Tim came to my rescue. Tim bent over backwards for me and was trying to keep me in a hyundai. Well it worked and I ended up with a 2013 elantra which I love and would recommend it to anyone. Tim was amazing he was very understanding and extremely helpful I would highly recommend TIM!! Compared to other dealerships Hyundai was very easy to work with and made what is normally a very stressful experience extremely smooth and very positive. I will always be a repeat customer because of Hyundais quality and customer loyalty. More
Adam was my idea of a perfect car salesman (normally, I prefer oral surgery over buying a car!). I recently purchased a new Tucson at Rte 2 Hyundai. I really dreaded the sales processes but Tim Barnes was great. There was no high pressure.
