Rt. 2 Hyundai and Johnny C. made the car buying experience far easier than I could have hoped it could be. I had researched numerous models and makes of cars before I decided on the Elantra. I didn't plan on buying it the night I purchased it, as I was planning on comparison shopping other dealers the very next day. However, with the price that was offered for the car and the financing plan that was offered to me; I couldn't refuse. I'm very happy with the deal that I got, and very happy with my 2013 Elantra. Johnny even hand delivered my new plates and registration to my home which was the icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience and have told everyone I know about how great Rt. 2 Hyundai is to deal with. Thank you! Although, I'm not sure why I need to register with dealerrater.com in order to submit this review. If you ask me, that is kind of stupid. More

The staff was very friendly & casual.. no stuffy sale pitches. The site had a playroom which kept our 2 year old occupied. My overall experience was good. I would rather they gave me the best price and best interest rate at first rather than play the salesman game of going back and forth. I emailed with Samantha Kelley multiple times before coming into this dealership. I checked multiple times to make sure the car I was interested in was in stock and on the lot and that I would be able t coming into this dealership. I checked multiple times to make sure the car I was interested in was in stock and on the lot and that I would be able to drive it and possibly buy it when I arrived. She provided me with a VIN # that I couldn't look up, but otherwise the information seemed accurate and helpful. However, after driving one hour to go to this dealership, I found out that it was all a lie just to get me in the door. Even though I called before coming in to make sure the cars were still there, I arrived to be told by Adam Mician that one of the cars I was interested had "just" been sold. He said this with a smirk on his face and was incredibly rude, immature, and insensitive. When asked to check into the other vehicle that I had been e-mailing about, he returned to tell me that it was "on a truck" on its way to the dealership and would arrive "soon." When asked to clarify what "soon" meant, he left again to consult his manager and came back to say it was 2 weeks away. I can't explain how incredibly frustrating it was to drive an hour each way to a dealership that lured me in with low prices on cars they DID NOT have in stock. They tried to get me to drive the same model in another color, but I was not interested. As if that wasn't enough, in my emailing I was told over and over that they would offer "up to 120% of KBB value" on my trade in. I had done my research and the minimum KBB value on my car was 4,000. They offered me 1,500. Not anywhere close to 100% of the value and so far from 120%!! When I questioned them on their business tactics and shady e-mails, they claimed they were a "family run" business. I was incredibly disappointed with their customer service, business ethics, and selection. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Tim was wonderful from the moment we walked into the dealership. He put us into the car we wanted and walked us through the features of it while we waited for the paperwork to be done.
