I started my new car research primarily online--from consumer reports to then requesting internet quotes from a few dealerships. Then I requested an online quote from Rte 2 and Samantha responded quickly with a quote that blew all my other car quotes out of the water. Other dealerships required I had to visit their location to get the 'online' quote, but Rte 2 was direct and offered their car quote openly. I appreciated the direct response from Sam at Rte 2 & that's what prompted me to visit their site. When I visited the dealership, Brian helped me locate the new Santa Fe that fit the quote I'd received. There was no pressure selling that I'd received at other places--and I was thrilled to get such a great deal on a new car. It was an easy process and I was thrilled to get such a great deal. As a general rule, car buying is one of our least favorite chores, but our most recent car search was made even more stressful because we needed to trade in two older cars at the same time. I went to the dealership ahead of time to look at the inventory and explore the possibilities. I met Josh Hamel, who was very helpful and straightforward. He spent some time showing me what was on the lot, even though I had made it clear I was not ready to buy. There was no "hard sell." About a week later my wife and I returned to the dealership together to talk about a purchase. Josh was again very helpful. The negotiation was cordial. Because we had two cars to trade in, it took a little while to agree upon the right price. We went back and forth a few times, but eventually we arrived at a price that I thought was a really fair deal for the new car and the trades. Having purchased many new cars before, I can honestly say that this was the first time I succeeded in making a purchase on the first attempt. We had a very tight budget with two kids in college and we needed to get a good deal to make the purchase work. As car buying goes, this is the best experience we have had with a new car purchase and I would recommend this dealership to a friend. More

What a great car! Surprisingly, I get 50 MPG when I travel the Interstate Highways in my Sonata. I never thought that mileage would be that good as even the manufacturer does not rate it that highly b travel the Interstate Highways in my Sonata. I've mentioned the car and dealership to several friends and even brought one down to see Tim Barnes. The result was an immediate sale.
