I test drove several cars... big purchase, wanted to be SURE - and he was very accommodating and patient. When I finally decided on my new vehicle, I was hesitant due to the fact that it didn't have a particular feature that I really wanted and he made sure that it was taken care of for me. That's customer satisfaction! I highly recommend this dealership and Jason Glenn. There is a Hyundai dealership much closer to where I live but after asking around a bit I kept getting the same response - take the extra 25 minutes and go to Rte 2 Hyundai.. and I am so glad I did! I was looking for a truck and found one here that seemed to fit my needs. Having vast experience in the business, paired with having a family of his own; Tim understands both sides of the vehicle buying process. Tim kept in touch with me over several days, working out all the details, and he was very quick to get back to me when any of the variables changed. I live over an hour away and ended up driving there 3 times in 4 days and Tim, and Route 2 Hyundai in general, made the experience as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I was looking at vehicles at a dealership 5 minutes from my house and they couldn't come close to the way I was treated by Route 2 Hyundai. We had plenty of time to look at the cars on the lot without being pressured, and when we were ready to take a car for a test drive, Brian Hyundai.
