I was looking for a truck and found one here that seemed to fit my needs. From the moment I arrived the first day, until the day I drove my 'new' truck home, Tim Barnes was nothing short of amazing. to fit my needs. Having vast experience in the business, paired with having a family of his own; Tim understands both sides of the vehicle buying process. Tim kept in touch with me over several days, working out all the details, and he was very quick to get back to me when any of the variables changed. I live over an hour away and ended up driving there 3 times in 4 days and Tim, and Route 2 Hyundai in general, made the experience as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I was looking at vehicles at a dealership 5 minutes from my house and they couldn't come close to the way I was treated by Route 2 Hyundai. My husband and I were just out looking at different dealerships. We stopped in at Hyundai to check out some cars. I must say that the last two cars that I have personaly owned were both Subaru's. Actually we were heading to a Subaru dealership when we passed Hyundai and decided to stop in We had the good fortune to get Jason Glenn who was so very helpful. He took us around the lot showed us some cars explaned the features of the cars, gas milage, cruise control, engine, wheels, seats, space etc, etc. We test drove two cars. All of the features in both of the vehicles were shown to us and explaned. We decided on the Tucson, 4 wheel drive. Thanks to Jason for all of his info and help. More

I love rte 2 hyundai anyways but i am glad that we were able to work with Aubrey Williams she was a very friendly representative with great customer service. We went to the dealership looking for a used Toyota sienna minivan and we were offered a newer Dodge grand Caravan but were not able to afford the payments and she kindly accepted that answer from us and got us into the vehicle that we wanted and in the vehicle that we could afford. We were offered informative information on the difference and pros and cons of a newer vehicle verses used vehicle but we were not pressured or looked down upon because we chose the used vehicle which meant a great deal to me because at some dealership if you don't go with the newer vehicle like they want you to they tend to treat yOu differently. When we arrived we were met by Jermaine Phillips. In all our dealings Jermaine, he was very friendly, not at all pushy, and willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. During the test drive we were impressed with Jermaine's knowledge about the car, and he was able to answer all our questions. When we sat down to discuss price, we were pleased that we got straight answers to our questions and the price we were quoted was the actual price, without after the fact add-ons or prep charges. After some negotiation, we settled on a price, and we were introduced to Kevin Richardson, the business manager. Kevin also was very nice, and the meeting with him went well, without any price changes or other surprises. Throughout the sales process, we felt that we were being dealt with honestly, and that every attempt was made to ensure that we ended up being satisfied customers. When we picked up the car a few days later, all the registration and insurance details had been taken care of. Also, Jermaine spent a lot of time with us explaining the many features of the Elantra, including the electronics (navigator, satellite radio, and bluetooth); he even hooked up our iPhone and tested the connection. Overall, Rt 2 Hyundai seems to put a lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction and a premium on repeat business. If we are again in the market for a Hyundai, we would return to Rt 2 Hyundai and we would see Jermaine. More
