The price of the car we purchased was exactly what was quoted us online. There were no hidden costs. Closing the deal with Brian and Peter Eichholz in Finance was quick and painless. This dealership is not the closest one to us but they gave the best prices and service. We will definitely return there and have been recommending them to friends. More

Went in there just to look. Asked for a manual transmission car and was brought to the Veloster. Aubrey was awesome and really helped with the whole process. He spent time with me to make sure that I got the vehicle/vehicle features that I wanted. He successfully closed the deal on my new car and I am thrilled with my new car purchase. Terrible experience. Via an on-line brief application, I provided very specific information regarding trade-in, credit score, monthly income, maximum monthly payment I could afford, etc. I was pre-approved, provided very specific information regarding trade-in, credit score, monthly income, maximum monthly payment I could afford, etc. I was pre-approved, and given two specific vehicles to go see. Went to the dealership to find that one of the vehicles was no longer available, even though it was still listed on the website. I drove and was interested in the second vehicle and began to discuss numbers, only to be told the monthly payment would be at least twice the maximum amount we had discussed. The sales rep was pleasant, but not very informed about the inventory. The finance rep was low-class, rough around the edges, slippery talker. Given that I did not initiate a search for a new vehicle, was very cut and dry clear as to what I could afford and the state of my "fair" credit score, provided personal detailed information regarding trade and finances, and then drove over 50 miles to see the vehicles, the entire experience was humiliating and degrading. I would not recommend this dealership at all. More
