We were looking to purchase a new vehicle, but had not We were looking to purchase a new vehicle, but had not really decided upon a make or model. On our first visit to this dealership we were prompt We were looking to purchase a new vehicle, but had not really decided upon a make or model. On our first visit to this dealership we were promptly greeted by a friendly and courteous sales representative (Brian Smith). He was most helpful in answering any and all questions that we had, helped us narrow our search down to a couple of Hyundai models that would suit our needs, and then allowed us to go on our way without any high pressure sales talk or the like. Brian Smith simply took our name and number and thanked us for stopping by. We did visit other dealerships over the next few days, but later returned to this Hyundai dealer to look more carefully into purchasing one of two specific models that were already in stock. We asked to speak with the sales rep we had talked to earlier, and once again, Brian Smith was most helpful and patient as we struggled to come to a decision over which vehicle to purchase. Never once to we feel pressured to buy, but rather felt that we actually had someone who was just as concerned with making us happy with the selection of the right model, options, features, etc., as he was in simply adding another sales to his record. While we pondered our decision and wavered back and forth, we were given both the time and space we needed to come to a conclusion and a new car sale was later made to the pleasure of everyone. During the entire afternoon time at the dealership we encountered friendly, smiling faces....not only from our sales rep, but from other sales associates as well. This is a clean, newly remodeled dealership staffed by courteous and professional associates. My wife and I have no qualms whatsoever about recommending this dealership to both family and friends alike. More
