Sales rep warm and cordial Joined us in the test drive Trade in amount for 2012 VW CC was much lower than hoped for 2024 Tucson was used as a service loaner and had 3000 mi on it, clean and appear drive Trade in amount for 2012 VW CC was much lower than hoped for 2024 Tucson was used as a service loaner and had 3000 mi on it, clean and appeared to run well. I had to purchase an extended bumper to bumper warrenty due to the fact it was a “used car” In retrospect if i researched the transaction and had more time, may not have gone this route. Finance Dept was knowledgeable. I learned not to tell sales how much i wanted to spend on monthly payments and focus on the bottom line. More
