When I arrived for service, I was greeted immediately and was put into the system right away. This was my 12000 mi service and I had a slow leak in a tire. They found the front end was out of alignment and was put into the system right away. This was my 12000 mi service and I had a slow leak in a tire. They also have Doggie Detailing (a genius idea) where you furry friend can get groomed. McGovern customers get a free nail trim, which I took advantage of while I was waiting. Very disappointing experience with the Subaru Acton service department. They kept my car for almost 6 days, and there was no proactive communication during that time.
