I purchased a 05 MDX about 3 weeks ago. Earlier this week the service engine light came on, after having some routine maintenance done elsehwere and the problem not clearing up. Called Acura of Liberty week the service engine light came on, after having some routine maintenance done elsehwere and the problem not clearing up. Called Acura of Libertyville. James Won put me in touch with the Used Car Sales Mgr Mike Hatch. He walked us through a couple possible solutions and then helped to secure a loaner and set up an appointment for service. Just received a call back that the car is ready, everything was repaired and Mike comped the entire bill. The repairs were more routine maintenance than mechanical failure but he still took care of it. I'll definitely buy here again and get my car serviced here. More

When I arrived at the Libertyville dealership, I was instantly impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was a huge change from other places I had previously been. I didn't feel pressured into buying at all. The condition of the vehicle I purchased was excellent, and I was very happy with the price, which they were very straightforward with. We went in to look at a MDX. We were 99% sure we were going to buy a Infiniti JX35, but thought that we should at least compare the two vehicles. After the test drive, he showed us some videos that demonstrated what he had already informed us. We were impressed with the standard features that came with the MDX that would have been an upgrade with the Infiniti. We also liked that they had a large inventory to pick from. The pricing and paper work were straight forward and painless. Everyone that we met seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. More
