He really listened to my situation and worked with me to get numbers I was genuinely comfortable with, never making me feel pressured. His customer service was outstanding, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything feel smooth and easy. I was only at the dealership for about two hours, which is unbelievable compared to the 5+ hour experiences I’ve had elsewhere. What stood out most was how comfortable he made me feel, it honestly felt like I was talking with a longtime friend. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS . I purchased a vehicle which had gaps on the front hood but i was told that this is normal gap. Then I had the deal THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS . I purchased a vehicle which had gaps on the front hood but i was told that this is normal gap. Then I had the deal basically set in place that they were going to give me the car for xxx amount plus the 4.99% interest for 48 months. They knew they mest up by afgreeing to the everything but still went ahead and took my info and credit app. Then the sales rep manager comes to me and tells me i can do either or. Either have the price of the car or do 4.99% apr. I told them that this is not what i was told and after being here for 2+hrs your telling me this. I told them im wouldn't been interested if this was told to me ahead of time. After going back and forth. I told them i would do $250 more from the price given to me if i can get that plus the 4.99 interested rate financing. They agreed.... after waiting 45 min for the finance person. We went in and the finance guy was way too chaty for some reason. I was not even given a price break down sheet. Just sogned bunch of online papers via Ipad. Then before the last paper i was going to sign. Everything was done and i took the car home. I wasnt sure how much my monthly payment was so i went to my car and grabbed the envelope the finance guy gave me. There was nothing in there beside a 5k down payment slip. I called the salesrep and asked him to send me the price breakdown sheet. Long behold when i got the email with the price breakdown What do i see? I see 5.99% interest rat instead of 4.99. I called the sales rep immediately and he told him about it. He said he will have the finance guy fix that issue. I know its only hundred bucks but its the principle what we agreed on. I even paid extra $250 from the price we agreed on initially what we agreed on. Few weeks past and not calls or any sort of communication was done to resolve the issue. Mind you this is in December and my work is busy. I just got fed up and said forget it. NOW COMES PART 2....while purchasing the car i was told by the sales rep that they do refferal bonus for any cistomer i refer to them and they end up buy or lease a car. I had one of my friend lease a Kia Carnival and the sales rep told me i would get a $100 refferal check for that deal...move forward a month.. i got msg from the sales rep that hes ben fired and goodluck getting you refferal money from these crooks(the dealership). I call the dealership and spoke with DANIEL, who told me that he will speak with the rep and get back to me....fast forward next week....as i assumed, no call from them. So i end up calling them and speaking with Daniel (Manager) again. Daniel told me that the sales rep never told them about the refferal during the deal of the vehicle so there is nothing he can do.. how is that my fault is what i told him.I told him that i have txt msg frol the sales rep and everyhting....HERE COMES THE BEST PART!!! DANIEL tells me to send him the text msg so he can terminate the rep.....UMM WHAT?! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIRE SOMEONE THAT IS ALREADY FIRED.....xxxx DANIEL, WHY YOU LYING? I caught Daniel lying and old him everything that has happen. At this point. I regret buying a vehicle from them and sending a good friend of mine to who got a car from them as well....THIS IS A SCAMMERSHIP not DEALERSHIP. More
