I started this new car buying experience as a surprise for my son's 9th birthday. Although he was completely embarrassed by my old car I was not looking forward to the hassle of purchasing a new car. My past experiences with dealerships have been less than enjoyable and in some cases downright irritating. I walked on to the lot, and rather than being swarmed and immediately pressured I was greeted nicely and left alone to know that if I needed anything they would be right there when I needed them. The salesperson (Melissa) showed me exactly what I was interested in and was just as excited about my plan to surprise my son as I was. She helped me find the perfect model of KIA Soul, and worked with Melissa, of used car sales, on the financing until the payments were right within my price range. On top of that Scott worked out a way for me to install a sunroof at a reasonable price. It was the icing on the birthday cake surprise. The whole dealership joined in on the fun of surprising my son. The car was full of balloons, they found me a giant bow to place on top, there were messages “written” on the floor mats that said Happy Birthday and Surprise; and to top it all off they wrapped a special little present for him and placed it on the passenger seat. My son agrees that this was the best Birthday ever, and I owe it all to the friendly and helpful associates at Arlington KIA. Of course, he is only 9, so he has 7 more years until he officially gets to take the wheel. In the mean time his new bike (which matches the KIA) will be his wheels, but he is super excited to get his first chance to drive that car, and when he does take it over I hope this dealership is still around for me to get my next new car! From the moment we drove onto the lot until the license plates were on, we were impressed with Arlington Kia. We had difficulty locating just the right 2011 Kia Optima SX equipped to our desires. We laid out what we expected in regards to pricing, trade value and financing and they were able to meet or exceed our expectations. All of the staff on duty when we completed the deal were personable and professional. We feel that we received a very fair deal on a great car and would recommend Arlington Kia to friends and family. Heck, even strangers. We'll likely be in the market for a pre-owned car next year and Arlington Kia will be our first stop. More

The one thing that I appreciate the most is that fairly early in our conversation I told him specifically what I hated about my last car buying experience and he definitely listened because our negotiation had none of the frustration of that other experience (which was not with a Kia dealer, BTW). Additionally, the other people I dealt with (who were all very courteous) also seemed to avoid the same issues so I believe that Chris took the time to communicate my negotiation preferences to them. Again, kudos to the Arlington Kia team for respecting my requests. In the end, we got a car that we're happy with and when we left the dealership I was actually calm. This was a much better experience than what I've had in the past. More

The associates at this particular dealership are courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly (without being pushy!) I’m a tough person to please and very skeptical of salespeople in general, but my experience was nothing less than positive. I recently purchased a pre owned Kia Forte from Arlington Kia and could not be any happier with my experience. I didn't even want a new car, but I HAD to buy another car. My expectations were totally blown away by my salesman and the pre owned manager. To be honest I was expecting the worst after the previous two dealership experiences I had that day! I couldn't have been treated better by my salesman and the pre owned manager. I explained to them that I needed a new car that was great on gas, but most of all that I could afford. My salesman and the pre owned manager came to my rescue by showing me SEVERAL vehicles that would work within my price range!! I WAS THRILLED THAT I WASN'T TREATED LIKE A MORON AND HOW AWESOME EVERYONE WAS!!! So simple!!! I picked the car I wanted, got the payment I wanted, and was driving my new car home in no time at all. I had a great experience this past weekend when purchasing my daughter her first car. I was very skeptical about purchasing a used vehicle as my daughter's car because she will be leaving for coll purchasing my daughter her first car.
