I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Seltos from McGrath Arlington Kia, and overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Special thanks to Ethan, my salesperson, who was very helpful and made the process easy. The dealership team, including the managers, worked efficiently and ensured a quick turnaround — I was able to drive my new car home the very same day I first visited, which was impressive. That said, I didn’t get enough time to go over all the features in detail during the purchase. After delivery, I realized the Seltos I chose does not include some features I would have liked, such as wireless charging and the 360° surround view camera — features that are available in the Sportage, which is in a similar price range. Looking back, I might have considered the Sportage if I had the opportunity to compare both models more closely. Even so, my family and I are enjoying the Seltos, and it has been a good fit for us so far. While I wish I hadn’t missed out on a few features, I truly appreciate the professionalism and effort from the McGrath Arlington Kia team that made the purchase. Thanks, Rajasekar More

Humam was open and honest about pricing and financing options. He made understanding the optional maintenance packages straightforward and showed the value in the prices they were listing at. We were able to have a very straightforward conversation when it came to final negotiation and getting to an all in price. I was able to take the car for the day before committing and that really made me see that this is a dealership that is confident in what they represented and didn't need to force/coerce me into a decision. The Telluride did the talking. Would happily come back whenever I am in the market for a new vehicle. More

Service communication could be better. On our first visit, Service had to be reminded twice to work on our car.
