I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Ferris was a top rated Salesman and even got my car insurance down so I can make the monthly payment. Cody Hamel, in the Finance, was a wonderful communicato top rated Salesman and even got my car insurance down so I can make the monthly payment. Cody Hamel, in the Finance, was a wonderful communicator and my car was paid off within 4 weeks for my trade in. My second car purchase was a used car. Dave and Joe from the Service Department made sure my car was in safe condition and went over and beyond taking care of me. I worked in Customer Service for 32 years and I give them a A+ rating. I will buy everycar from this dealership. Thank you, Cindy More
Terrible experience, didn’t call me back 3 times and I had to go in there for help, forgot my original deal when came back to get my car. I went to McGrath Arlington Kia today looking to buy a 2022 Kia K5 GT line. Before I arrived at the dealership, I had spoken to a wonderful internet manager that gave me all the information about the vehi 2022 Kia K5 GT line. Before I arrived at the dealership, I had spoken to a wonderful internet manager that gave me all the information about the vehicle and what I was looking for. He guaranteed that it would be a very smooth transaction with the best possible price that I could receive. I was very excited and optimistic of this opportunity so of course I couldn't let this slide. I drove 40 minutes to this dealership and came across a horrible experience that made me view Kia very differently than what I expected. The sales rep and his assistant were inexperienced to the point where I knew more then the people I was buying from! Not only that, when I spoke to the "new" sales manager of this dealership, I was treated very unfairly and was shocked at the behavior that this person displayed. You would expect a very respectful and professional character from a person that has this position but in my scenario it was not close to what is socially acceptable! Overall I was very disappointed and will search for my dream car elsewhere! More
I surf the web each day looking for a Ram 1500 Limited. Just a couple off his phone would have been good. He insisted I wait until the dealership prep and posted the pictures. I was willing to drive 200 miles to purchase. Guess what? someone purchased the truck before being prep which I figured would happen. Poor Salesmanship! More
I wouldn't recommend dealing with them in any way – totally untrustworthy of your business. Went for a test drive on Friday, agreed on a price for the car – but was told the trade-in value was way bel totally untrustworthy of your business. Sales Manager Chris called after I left due to the large difference and said they would offer the trade only once I got an appraised value with 7 day to execute from CarMax. Spent the next week getting that, called the Salesman Garrett (who was great to deal with) and asked if the car was available. He said yes – I asked to confirm the price – which he did via text. The next morning I was told to come on by, the car was ready. Once I got to the dealership – Garrett came out and said “bad news”……….Manager Chris just upped the price by $8,000. I was absolutely speechless. General Manager John Res sends a and follow up email "We Value your Business" and wanted to make sure we were treated with courtesy and respect and had a hassle-free experience. Called him - never had a return phone call. This dealership is not trust worthy, and when the car shortage passes - they don't have the client focused approach to survive competition. Suggest you find another dealer to start a relationship with! More
Dealership advertised msrp on cars.com, I got an email from their internet sales manager stating the car is for sale for msrp, and a "certified" quote from their website. I went in to buy the vehicle an from their internet sales manager stating the car is for sale for msrp, and a "certified" quote from their website. I went in to buy the vehicle and was told that's the sale price, but they have to add a $7,500 market fee. I informed them that was blatant false advertising, and they didn't care. This dealership brakes the law and practices unethical and illegal business. Do not recommend. More

I had a great experience here, not sure why others say differently. Danny was salesman and I don’t want to buy from anybody but him now, lol. He was straightforward about everything. They informed me on there dealership fees, which I understand, they are a business not a charity. I felt valued and was super happy about my purchase. I think if you go there with the mindset of taking thousands of dollars off an already very low priced car, you’re setting yourself up for a bad experience. I was happy to pay a little more money to buy from a dealer and get so many amenities included, literally never have to worry about car washes, loaners, and free fluid top offs for as long as I own the car, takes a lot of unknown costs down the road. Would 10/10 recommend for anybody looking for their next car. More
