Thank you, Dana! I received a call from the Service Department manager Jereme regarding this matter. I am the type of customer that once I find a fair vendor, I mostly stick with them for a very long time. Not only me, but I also try to pursue friends and family members to shop in the same place. Jeremy promised me that the awful customer experience I went through at your dealership would not happen again. He offered to contact him directly next time if I needed any service. Additionally, he offered me credit for my service fees. I felt his sincerity and decided to accept his apology. I will let you know if he follows through with his promise soon.
