Terrible, I spoke to them 5 times over the phone for a car on the lot and when I got there the car had transmission problem and was unable to drive. I came from an hour away! Brought car in for service. ..said it would take 2days. Not done at end of 2days. Pucked up car a.m. 3d day. Car was dirty and someone took it on a 40 mile joy ride.
