We had visited another Toyota dealership in the area and a Nissan dealership. There is no comparison between those dealers and Elmhurst. We knew we would come back to this one because it was a pleasant expe a Nissan dealership. There is no comparison between those dealers and Elmhurst. We knew we would come back to this one because it was a pleasant experience upon entering. We were greeted by a nice lady and not bombarded with sales people. We spoke a nice sales person by the name of Steven Salidas who helped us and treated us respectfully. I can truly say that everyone that worked here was over the top. The porters,service tech, finance director, you name it and they were friendly and answered any questions that we may have had. Steven Salidas was our sales associate and could not have been more helpful, respectful and personable with our transaction. Curt has been helping for years purchasing the right parts I need for my Toyota Supra. Very knowledgeable man and somehow finds time to answer all my stupid questions. When you work hard and save a long time to buy a new car, you really want to feel like you've gotten a good deal and dealt with honest people. Too often, you feel like a car dealer is another shark trying to you really want to feel like you've gotten a good deal and dealt with honest people. In John Williams' case, however, I felt like I was dealing with an honest guy making an honest buck. I have bought very few new cars, but I have dealt with a LOT of new car salesmen. (I try to make the most of my money) I can honestly say that John was the easiest guy I have dealt with when buying a car (in an honest way-- so many dealers are "easy" but in a smarmy, dishonest way). No hassle, up-front, no BS, what you see is what you get. Offered us a really good deal (let me emphasize REALLY good---lowest price around, and without haggling), and NONE of the usual car dealer crap. After spending a ton on a car, you don't want to walk out wondering if you made the best deal you could. I didn't wonder after making my deal. John has a button on his desk that reads "That was easy". It was. HIGHLY recommended More

In October 2012 I Shopped online for the best deal I could get for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner V6 SR5. The quote I got from Ingrid Rapa at Elmhurst Toyota was the best. So I ordered my Tacoma in Na could get for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner V6 SR5. The quote I got from Ingrid Rapa at Elmhurst Toyota was the best. So I ordered my Tacoma in Nautical Blue. It arrived the last day of December 2012 and I went to pick it up.I have never been treated as nicely at any dealer as I was there. AND, that includes when we bought our 2006 Toyota Avalon Limited which we still have and it is still trouble free. Because of the way I was treated by everyone at Elmhurst Toyota on December 31, 2012 I would not hesitate to tell anyone to buy their new Toyota at Elmhurst Toyota and I would have to add, " Ask for Ingrid Rapa " More
