Horrible post sale customer service experience. I got brand new Subaru 2024 crosstrek sport here November 2023. It has 1900 miles, and the bottom is all eroded. I got in today, talked/argued I got brand new Subaru 2024 crosstrek sport here November 2023. It has 1900 miles, and the bottom is all eroded. I got in today, talked/argued with 5 people, got pushed back and forth between service and sales. 2 guys in the process commented “yeah it is REALLY rusted”. But upper management says they cannot do anything about it and try to convince me that it is normal. This is so frustrating. I was treated rudely and got yelled at, they are not on the custom’s side. It’s a 4 months old car, parks in my indoor garage and erodes like this. They try to convince me it’s normal. I’m going to call Subaru to get the issue resolved. I will not buy a car here again nor recommend this place to anyone. More

Don't waste your time here. I fell for the "scam" of letting an online tool on the dealerships website "estimate" my trade in. I initially spoke with Jeffrey Goldman and told I fell for the "scam" of letting an online tool on the dealerships website "estimate" my trade in. I initially spoke with Jeffrey Goldman and told him that my 2022 Outback Wilderness had high miles and I didn't want to waste his time or mine if the numbers that I was quoted after honestly completing the on line forms would not be honored. After explaining what I had recently done to the vehicle, (new tires and rear brakes and rotors - over $1,400.00 of work) Jeff said "We want your vehicle and I am sure we can do BETTER than the price that was populated on the website. So, I went to the dealership last Friday, looked at the used cars I was interested in - a side note, all needed to be washed - I gave my keys to the salesman Derek Bogdan and waited. From where I sat in the used vehicle I was considering I could see no one took the time to look at it - Derek returned with the excuse that there are lots of these cars in inventory (there aren't, I had checked True Car, Car Guru's, Auto Trader) and there are less than 20 used 2022 Outback Wilderness models in the Chicagoland area. I was then told my car was work over $2,000.00 LESS than the online estimate. I took my key and left. No one from the dealership followed up (no call or email). The next day I purchased a new 2023 Subaru from another dealership and got the price I was looking for on my trade. I just wanted to be fair and treated fairly - that will not happen if you do the math and go to McGrath - they want to win on both sides of the deal. Jeffrey seems like a good man, stay away from Derek. More
