Took it in for a few repairs and oil change. People scheduling service appointments have no understanding of the work being done. I had scheduled a safety recall repair for a brake master cylinder replacement and a Ford customer satisfactio understanding of the work being done. I had scheduled a safety recall repair for a brake master cylinder replacement and a Ford customer satisfaction repair for unexpected tailgate opening on a 2016 F150. Two hours later the scheduler called me back stating they could not do the tailgate repair because the truck had more than 150 miles on it and it was out of warranty. She refused to listen that Ford was covering the repair for 150,000 miles and the expiration date was 2030. I then had to call Ford, have Ford call the McGrath, and then the scheduler called me back saying the tailgate would be repaired. When I picked up the truck the service repair paperwork stated that the vehicle multi point video inspection was not completed because they did have a valid customer phone number. Brianna in service stated the inspection was done, but was not sent me to because they did not have a cell phone number, but that she would e-mail it to me. It has been 5 days, still no e-mail. On the service paper work they had my correct e-mail address and home phone number - but never bothered to reach out. Brianna also confirmed that the people scheduling service have no understanding of the work being done, they are simply schedulers (yet the scheduling lady felt compelled to argue with the customer that the repair could not be done sine the truck had 20,000 miles on it and it was over the 150 miles that Ford allowed) This level of incompetence makes you really question what service work was really completed and if was it done correctly More

Brett was very nice to work with. My vehicle was in for an oil change and he texted me that the 45,000 mile maintenance was due. The price for that alone was going to be $865.
