We work hard to provide a 5-star experience to every customer who walks through our doors, regardless of whether they are in our sales or service departments. We price our vehicles based on market values and use research to determine what they should be priced at. Our new vehicle prices are some of the best in the midwest. We would not have been in business for nearly 70 years and have thousands of customers visit us if our vehicles were all overpriced. We have bundled service packages that offer one of the best maintenance values in all of Eastern Iowa. If your paperwork was not accurate when you bought it, that is unfortunate and we wish we could fix that. From what I can see there were some issues with the lender when you bought and some requirements that they required could have complicated the process.
