Everyone I met was very nice, knowledgeable and committed to making sure my experience was top notch! Left the dealership and a check engine light came out a few miles down the road. I called Ali and he told to making sure my experience was top notch! Left the dealership and a check engine light came out a few miles down the road. I called Ali and he told me to come right back and they'd get me right in to get it diagnosed. Wasn't able to drive the truck home that day bc they needed to do something repairs. They called me on Monday afternoon and my truck was ready with no charge to me. I forget the name of my service writer but he was fantastic as well!! More

Very bad experience since the technician did not screw the shield properly and I had to go back from Addison, they messed up my car as it was not driving correctly, when I went back to drop off the car an the shield properly and I had to go back from Addison, they messed up my car as it was not driving correctly, when I went back to drop off the car and found out they broke the rubber tube, no loaner car given when I dropped off so was left with no car for 3 days More
