The inspection service was thorough and the video and report were well articulated and easy to understand. I saw that my car was parked and ready for over 10 minutes before the representative came to get me from the waiting room. I was also extremely frustrated that the warranty I overpaid for does not cover anything with paint damage (not to mention no dent technician was on site). The representative handled my frustration well, but I’m incredibly upset with the deal and overall service I have received from McGrath since Day 1 (including purchase, when the manager did not honor the $500 college grad rebate that was advertised online). I will not be returning to McGrath after my warranty expires and actively tell people to avoid it. More
