The Service Department wasn’t ready to open at 7:00 AM today, Understandably there there was a snow storm the day before, but the company should have made provisions for that situation since the snow stor today, Understandably there there was a snow storm the day before, but the company should have made provisions for that situation since the snow storm was all over the news. Even the parking lots weren’t plowed. I just thought there was a lack of planning and emergency measures in place.
