My only concerns were that I was not offered an extended warranty which seemed very strange as the car had less than 80K miles on it and even though I paid cash on the spot I could not leave with the title. Maybe in Illinois they have they titled stored with the state, I don't know. During my 1,100 mile commute back to New Hampshire through a snow storm the car handled like a dream. No problems so far but I will have my mechanic look at it just to make sure. That will be after I purchase an extended warranty through another source. All in all a very good experience. More

I live 50 miles away from the dealership. I spoke with Linda Forey earlier in the day and setup an appointment to come in and see the vehicle and test drive it. The car was not ready for us to see as promised. I wasted my time, a 100+ mile round trips worth of gas, and all I get is an excuse from a Mike Zafiriou "Sometimes, towards the end of the month, we get very busy and that is no ones fault but our own for not being properly staffed. Unfortunately we had a few appointments on vehicles last night that were not cleaned and pulled up front which we like to do to enhance our customers experience. Please accept my sincerest apology.". In my book, apologies are a dime a dozen. It means nothing to me compared to what I spent on this wasted trip. So, be aware that what they say they are going to do could just be a big lie. More

We needed to get a new family sedan that would be affordable and reliable. Kevin greeted us right away as we entered and was extremely friendly, courteous & helpful.
