Flat tire I brought in my car with a flat tire and I was greeted by Mike. I was able to get a free tire on them because they said it was covered. They didn’t have the tire in stock so they gave me a loaner car for the night. I ended up getting an oil change as well. Love this place. Walked away not paying a dollar and had free cookies and coffee. Lol. Thanks Mike! More

Great Experience! Love my new Odyssey Elite! I had looked around for a mini van for a few months. Decided on the Odyssey Elite. I had never had a Honda nor been to the McGrath dealership before. I had looked around for a mini van for a few months. Decided on the Odyssey Elite. I had never had a Honda nor been to the McGrath dealership before. I had spoken on the phone with Amanda a few times about colors they had in. David greeted us and was our sales person. We have purchased many vehicles in our life so really appreciated David's honesty and knowledge. It's never really a super pleasant experience dealing with car salesman but I was happily proven wrong. He offered us water, coffee and a warm chocolate chip cookie :). The test drive went great and I loved the Elite. While waiting for the paperwork I sat in their lounge...more cookies & coffee and a message chair! I would say the only 2 negatives were as usually it took way longer than I was told and they need more parking spaces out front for guest parking. Nick was my finance guy and was fabulous and made it painless. If you go try to get David to help you out, you will be glad you did. More

My salesperson was EXCELLENT! I haven't purchased a car in 15 yrs! Was nervous. SO Happy that Carlos Mendoza was my sales guy! But I would have to say that my biggest gripe would be with your guys that cleaned/detailed my car. It wasn't that great. Found ALOT of places that should have been cleaned plus it STILL smells (horrible odor) in the car!!! Will be taking it to a Turtle Wax to be cleaned the way it should be , at my expense$$$ More

Horrible sales and service I purchased 2 cars from McGrath and will never go back. The salespeople won't spend time with you and the service area is lacking. You feel like a p I purchased 2 cars from McGrath and will never go back. The salespeople won't spend time with you and the service area is lacking. You feel like a piece of meat that gets passed around after the kill. After buying the Odyssey the sales person could not wait to get us out the door, he never took the time to show us the features and how to use them, he did not even walk us to the van but called a porter to walk us out. This happened multiple times and we had enough and went to Brilliance Crystal Lake Honda. We are close to McGrath and kept purchasing for the free car washes but Mcgrath kept making it harder and harder to get a car wash. The car wash is closed more than it is open and now you have to check your car into the service center and they will drive it in the car wash. This takes a lot of time for a car wash that is basic as best. Please check out McGrath reviews on the net before buying. More
