I had a wonderful experience purchasing my very first pre-owned car. Amazing service rep especially from Lance Sarangaya, McGrath manager & crew who help us. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick pre-owned car. Amazing service rep especially from Lance Sarangaya, McGrath manager & crew who help us. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy. Definitely coming back here again. More

We are senior citizens today we went to McGrath to trade in our 2018 Dodge ram diesel which we paid for $74,000 The left payment is only around 40. We almost was taking advantage of by the used car manager in our 2018 Dodge ram diesel which we paid for $74,000 The left payment is only around 40. We almost was taking advantage of by the used car manager who lied to us and told us that the vehicle has transmission problems we went to where we bought the vehicle to Dupage Dodge ram in Glendale heights at the waiting there for 2 hours they told us there's nothing wrong without transmission. Through this experience we have learned that meth McGrath is a very dangerous dealership to buy or do any business with they tried on this lead us and they offered us $20,000 for this vehicle and it is a diesel. But they get away with this Warning warning be careful what dealership you buy your vehicle . They don't have no shame they would do anything to lie to misleeve to rob you I wouldn't recommend for anybody to do business with them I'm sure there's many deals out there that are are the same.
