Al was awesome to work with. Very attentive and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. My only complaint is that the advertisement on the McGrath website listed cooled seat, this is actually not inclu feel comfortable with my purchase. Jason Goldman was my service technician. I dropped in late afternoon after a jump of my dead battery. Jason was willing to get the battery tested and replaced if I chose and routine maintenance that nig late afternoon after a jump of my dead battery. Jason was willing to get the battery tested and replaced if I chose and routine maintenance that night even though I had no appointment. He was professional and a clear communicator. He kept his word and when I picked my car up it looked great and ran great. Another happy ending at Elgin McGrath Honda. Thanks to Jason, my mechanic and all. More
