He wasn't pushy and has reached out to continue to make sure we have been happy with our Honda Pilot regularly. It's nice to see quality customer service and genuine concern and caring in an era where younger folks seem to be increasingly apathetic as to the feelings of people other than themselves. A horrible service center with rude employees and management that would rather make excuses than fix problems. They have no respect for their customer's time or vehicles. Not only would I never bri management that would rather make excuses than fix problems. They have no respect for their customer's time or vehicles. Not only would I never bring one of my cars back here, I don't think anyone that wants anything close to a professional service should use their services. I can't speak to their sales, but their service is so horrible I would be cautious about purchasing a car that is dependant on their service center. More
