We had an appointment said his name was Isaiah. The vehicle was to be set outside ready and waiting. When we arrived we were to meet a George. Instead, we were shuffled off to a salesman names Taha where we were given the run around for over 30 minutes and still not able to see the vehicle we drove over 2.5 hours to see. When he finally returned he said they just sold the vehicle 5 minutes ago but we said we have these other vehicles you can look at. Both way out of our range. I do not believe the vehicle was even there or available but simply a ploy to get us into the dealership. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and attempt to just be a sales driven company. Screw the customer...or potential customer! More
