This dealership the night before about 7:30 in the evening call me because I showed interest looking at one of the vehicles on the Internet when they called they asked me if I wanted to come down tomo evening call me because I showed interest looking at one of the vehicles on the Internet when they called they asked me if I wanted to come down tomorrow to look and test drive this vehicle it was a 2020 jeep compass Black in color so I said absolutely I will be coming from Orland Park. It will take me about an hour and a half. I will be there at 10:00 AM. I showed up at 9:30 AM the very next morning I half hour early for my appointment when I went in to the dealership to ask for the person they told me to ask for he was not available they gave me somebody else to speak with. I told him I was here to look at the black 2020 jeep compass. He took my information I told him I had a 10 o’clock appointment that was made last night , when he came back from going to get the keys, I was told somebody else was looking at it and I would be able to see it when they came back from the test drive when they came back it took me about 10 minutes to make a decision that I want to buy this vehicle that I drove out here for to buy I signed the paper at full price like they were asking and shortly after that, I was told the other people beat me out of the vehicle. They bought it. This dealership is a one star dealership they do not honor what they say to the customer they are only interested in the dollar , not the customer. What a waste of my time zero stars for this dealership. More
