I would like to share my experience with McGrath Honda of St. Charles of recently purchased Honda Odyssey Elite 2023 Model. I was met by Bryan at the dealership for my vehicle purchase. The Elite model whi St. Charles of recently purchased Honda Odyssey Elite 2023 Model. I was met by Bryan at the dealership for my vehicle purchase. The Elite model which Bryan showed me on May 10th, 2023 had various features including the vacuum cleaner in the Van. I was impressed by this new features and decided to proceed with the purchase of Honda Odyssey Elite Model. Since the said vehicle was not in stock, I was told that I have to wait until the vehicle will be available and I deposited the amount of $2,500.00 for the Van and I was given the date of delivery of Van July 11, 2023. On June 26th, 2023 I received the call from Bryan that the Van is available and I can come to process the paper work for the final purchase. I was told by Bryan that all paper work is ready to pick up the vehicle even though it was my religious day. I had to wait for more then 5 hours in the dealership on my religious day to do the paperwork. Since I was late, when I did the paperwork waiting for more then 5 hours, I did not check the Van and took the delivery and left to join my family for my religious rituals. On 29th June I left for Atlanta, and on my return when I was doing the cleaning of the Van, I found out that the Vacuum Cleaner was missing from the Van. I called Bryan immediately and to my surprise his response was that the Honda has stopped building the Vacuum Cleaner on the Vans and that is why there is no Vacuum. I bought the Honda Odyssey because one of the best feature I liked about this Van was Vacuum which is not available in any other vehicles like Toyota, Nissan etc. On hearing this response from Bryan I felt that I am cheated by the Honda McGrath Honda, which is showing me the Odyssey 2023 Elite with more options and delivered the vehicle with missing decision making option by me. I am extremely disappointed with Honda McGrath Dealership at St. Charles and I will never recommend this Dealership to any of my family or in my circle. Mohammad Rahim More
