The experience was a very positive one! I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was not a problem. When I purchase a vehicle I don't want to be burdened by issues especially as a new mom. David showed me side by side comparison of the pilot to something else I considered. He was honest, down to earth and considerate. This is how I'd want any car buying process to be.
