Oil change & misc Brought car in for 10,000 mile oil change. Had rails I bought put on. Not happy I can't get xm fixed. XM says they can't do anymore to help me, to hav Brought car in for 10,000 mile oil change. Had rails I bought put on. Not happy I can't get xm fixed. XM says they can't do anymore to help me, to have dealership fix the problem. Honda duplicated the problem, tried factory resetting it and I still have the same problem. Was told it's XM's problem on their side. It's the same old "it's their problem, not ours." So, now I have to go back and forth how many times until my problem is fixed? Aggravated. More

Painless I was "checked in" by Esteban. I sat in the waiting room for some TV, Had a couple of hot chocolate drinks and about 55 minutes Esteban came in and w I was "checked in" by Esteban. All is well !! More
