She helped me understand all the options and in the end when I missed out on my first vehicle choice while "thinking it over", she rightly convinced me that the alternate vehicle might really be the best choice for me. Amazing. A very daunting task for the buyer is transferring all the "stuff" in the old vehicle to the new one and learning the options and technology associated with the new auto. This onerous task became an actual delightful journey with Nick Novelli providing a guided tour that was organized, logical and fun!
