I came to McGrath Lexus dealership in Chicago just to search, however working with Dave Nelson I got a great deal on a newer model 2010 Rx 350. My credit wasn't the best but Frank Cowen helped me get a decent A.P.R rate. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is like me, looking to upgrade their Lexus or looking to purchase their very first. I must add I went to several different Lexus dealership, some salesmen where not personable, very cheesy and lazy. With Dave there was no pressure to buy, we went through a few models old and new ,price options, features. We looked up cars on the computer then we walked out to see them. It took me about two days to make my decision I am very happy with my selection. More

Too many times buying a new car can make you feel uncomfortable. McGrath Lexus of Chicago is so clear, direct, and desiring of winning your business that I know that I will not need to waste my time looking anywhere else when I buy future cars. I'm sold! After going to several different car dealerships and then finally ending up at Mcgrath Lexus of Chicago, I immediately regretted not coming here to begin with. Upon entering the dealership I was given a war finally ending up at Mcgrath Lexus of Chicago, I immediately regretted not coming here to begin with. Upon entering the dealership I was given a warm welcome and the salesman I was supposed to meet up with was paged. By the time I could reach for my complimentary bottle of water, Anthony Swanke was there to greet me. Many salesman are notoriously pushy, overwhelming, and will say all the cliche "one-liners" to try and sell their cars. With Anthony Swanke this could not be further from the truth. Instead of trying to force me into buying, he was very informative, patient, and answered any question I had. He gladly pulled up all of the history for the pre-owned Lexus I was interested in and let the car sell itself. It was such a relief not to be smothered by a salesman for once. More over, he was extremely honest and way more than fair on the price! After Anthony ensured that I was more than happy with my purchase, another salesman named Bill Tacker completed the final steps of the transaction (Anthony had the next day off, but STILL called to make sure I was happy and put me in touch with Bill to finalize things and pick up my car). Bill Tacker was extremely nice, efficient, and only cared about making me as happy as possible. This was all very genuine, due to the fact that the transaction was already made and he was there to help out because he cared about my overall satisfaction. I was shocked at a salesman's willingness to please, even when no money is involved (respectively). Bill ensured that I was content in every single aspect of my purchase and was incredibly informative as well. I would be more than happy to buy a car off of either one of these gentleman in the future. Overall, from start to finish I can't recommend this dealership and salesman enough. This is probably one of the most honest, QUALITY driven, and fair priced dealerships you are going to find. I suggest asking for Anthony Swanke or Bill Tacker when you walk in the door. You honestly can't go wrong with either of these guys or this dealership for that matter. More

The only constructive criticism I would offer is to always Absolutely always make it about the customer first and not about the dealership. I purchased a Lexus LX570 from this dealership and have got to share that I was absolutely blown away. Each person I encountered truly embraced providing exceptional customer service and an exceptional cus got to share that I was absolutely blown away. Each person I encountered truly embraced providing exceptional customer service and an exceptional customer experience. It began in sales with Gary Sowell, who was courteous, professional and honest. He allowed me the space to make my choice and offered helpful suggestions. And, this continued when I met Matt Fenton, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager who was forthright, willing and generous beyond expectation. He addressed all of my concerns prior to them even being expressed. How cool is that? My experience ended with Rick Guzman, the Finance Manager who was clear, concise and truly had my best interest at heart. I walked into his office with financing already secured from another lender and he simply requested the opportunity to provide a better deal. Thank goodness I accepted as his offer was considerably better than the "great deal" I walked in with. This was fantastic and I highly recommend this dealership and this team of individuals. More
