From the moment I walked into McGrath Lexus of Chicago, I knew I was in a top notch dealership. The staff was extreamly friendly and knowledgable as I walked the showroom floor. Once I pin-poined the vechica knew I was in a top notch dealership. The staff was extreamly friendly and knowledgable as I walked the showroom floor. Once I pin-poined the vechical I was most interest in, I began to work with David Kay. I found David to be extreamly knowledgable about the various cars on the floor. He was helpful in making sure the car I was interested in would be the one that would be the best fit for my needs. After making my selection, I took some time to explore other options, the whole time David was patient, pofessional and would check in periodically from time to time with me (not like most car sales folks who can be somewhat overbairing). Once I decided the Lexus was the best car for me, David and was respectful and made the entire negotiating process fun, which is honestly the first time I would ever describe the process of buying a car. Once the deal was done, I worked with Jeff Riordan who was a Vehical Delivery Specialist. Jeff reviewed all of the "cool" features that came equiped with my car. He set-up all of the various customized options with me and made sure that I was following the entire time. We also reviewed some additional options that I would be able to purchase for the car which will help ensure I properly protect and car for my new purchase. Jeff was extreamly knowledgable about the car and its features, without his help in learning the car, I am sure I would haven't ever known half of the really cool things my new car is able to do. Jeff provided me with his card and offered to be available if I should ever have any questions about the car. Jeff really solidified that I made the right decision with the car I selected, his passion for Lexus is contagous and really shows when you work with him. Overall, I would give my experience an A++ with McGrath Lexus of Chicago. These folks are TOP NOTCH and would highly recommend you check them out, I promise you will not be disappointed.
