I entered McGrath Lexus needing a car, but planning on visiting many dealerships and test driving many cars. I was introduced to Rick Farbo, told him what I was looking for, and he picked out one car tha visiting many dealerships and test driving many cars. I was introduced to Rick Farbo, told him what I was looking for, and he picked out one car that he said would be the best for me. It fit what I was looking for perfectly, 2 years old and less than 20,000 miles (to be fairly new but still save a significant amount on the price), in great condition and Lexus Certified. We test drove it. Rick made it clear that I could drive it where I wanted and for as long as I wanted, and that I could look at as many cars as I wanted. The car was a dream. The quoted price was better than fair; for what I was getting, it was less that what others were charging. Rick took the time to answer all my questions, and we looked at all the websites necessary to obtain all the information that I needed. He was fully helpful, as well as courteous and polite, and put no pressure on me. After we made the deal, Jeff explained to me what other options I had, how I should treat the car, etc. Then I met with Doug for final issues and the paperwork. Rick then drove me to Hertz to return my rental car and then home to pick up my checkbook. Maria then showed me how to use my "New" car. Each of these people took the time to make sure that I knew everything that I should know, that I was totally comfortable and that I was totally pleased with the way that I was treated. I know that I ask a lot of questions, that I think about issues that do not concern many others,and so I can seem difficult to some people. At no time did I feel anything other than that I was a good and valuable person and customer. I do not expect or want to be fawned over, but I do want and demand to be treated honestly, courteously and fairly, and I was so treated by each of the people at Lexus McGrath. More

I had a superb experience at McGrath Dealer. My first encounter was with Dwayne in the service department. I requested tickets to the auto show and my request was fulfilled. But of course, none of this would be possible without my sales person, Julie Hill, Julie is an ideal sales representative. She makes my appointments and continually checks to see if I need her for any reason at all. Julie is the first sales person that I have encountered that has remained at the dealer throughout the duration of my ownership of my car. I can't express how much that means to me. McGrath not only has dependable cars but the staff is also dependable. I am extremely pleased with my decision to purchase a Lexus. By the way, I love seeing my name when I enter the service department. More
I was shopping for an RX350 as my lease on my Cadillac SRX was coming to an end. I met with Julie Hill for the second time in a few years as once before I was going to move to the Lexus, but didn't becaus SRX was coming to an end. However Julie's professionalism, and how she went out of her way by bringing me a car to test drive and make sure it would fit in my underground garage, was a service that is not custom in our world anymore. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a lexus, and as an insurance agent I speak to many people so I hope I will have the opportunity to send some business her way. She certainly tried to get me in the Lexus family, but the price for the monthly lease with extras was way to out of the price range I was willing to spend. I do love that vehicle and always have, but seem to back to Cadillac over and over again. Lastly I rated those questions as she was professional, honest, kind, respective, and what more could a customer ask for. More

I have been buying cars for over 40 years and Julie Hill is the best I have dealt with, not even close. Friendly, honest and caring are three words that immediately come to mind.
