The possibilities were endless. I looked at all of my top automobile choices, either in person, or on the internet. I was greeted by pre-owned vehicle sales rep, Gary Sowell. Gary showed me a few cars, but, I wasn't ready to buy. A couple of weeks later, I received a follow-up email. (Believe it or not-other dealerships didn't do this.) He wasn't pushy, it was a sincere desire to follow-up. Again, I read it, but, was busy, and didn't have time to go back in. Well, long story short -- I did go back in, talked with Gary, and was shown several cars and decided to purchase an IS250. It's a great Certified-Pre-Owned. Throughout the process, everyone at the dealership seemed happy.... It was refreshing. Maria walked me through all the details of the car I purchased, even setting up my Bluetooth. Doug, was thorough with the financing process..doing what he could do to get me the best finance rate. Obviously, there were other employees along the way...and, again, they were helpful. If someone I knew wanted to purchase a Lexus, I would definitely direct them to McGrath Lexus of Chicago.. Gary provided exemplary service. More
Before we came to the dealership, Mike LaGiglio created a great first impression by following up on our initial call when no other dealership would. We ewill likely have our new(used) Lexus serviced at the McGrath dealership in Westmont but we will definitely come back to the Chicago location for our next purchase through Mike LaGiglio. Nick Novelli, vehicle delivery specialist, was fabulous in that he helped us with learning about the car and especially the electronics.. He spent several hours in delivering the car, and in follow up lessons with further explanations of the electronics. He was patient and an excellent teacher, He made learning about the car a good experience. He represented the best of McGrath in giving service. More

I worked primarily with Jack Martell, but also worked with Rick (finance guy) and Maria and Jeff (delivery training folks). All of them were great. Jack was straightforward and no BS. I have been putting off replacing my 2002 Chevy but decided to pull the trigger in late December right after Christmas last year. Long story short, I narrowed my decision to 3 dealers and vehicles, two of which were McGrath Lexus and Hyundai respectively. I spoke with Jack Martell prior to visiting McGrath Lexus regarding a Nissan 2010 Rogue. Not only is Jack an outstanding sales professional but he is also one of the friendliest and pleasant auto sales professional I'd the pleasure to do business with. Jack took his time and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. He later involved Matt Fenton (manager) to finalize a deal. Matt was a true professional and pleasant to do business with. Together, they offered me a deal I could not refuse. Not only did they give me a more than fair deal on my old Chevy, they went above and beyond to work with and accommodate my budget. Doug Bell diligently helped me through the paperwork even though this required him to stay late in the office beyond his normal hours. I am very pleased with my decision to do business with McGrath Lexus and even more grateful to have the pleasure of dealing Jack, Matt and Doug. I will highly without hesitation recommend McGrath Lexus to anyone out there intending to purchase a used or new vehicle. More
I have previously purchased a vehicle here at McGrath lexus of chicago before, so i already knew my next car had to be a lexus. I traded in my 2008 IS250 and received a fair and honest trade in value! what i traded in for was a CPO lexus 2008 LS460, even though the LS had 66,000 on the odometer, i didnt let that scare me, as long as it is a certified pre owned vehicle im ok with it. Well to make a long story short, i dealt with gary sowell and he is a truly perfessional salesman, one of the besti must say. Gary did everything possible to make me a deal with my trade in so it wouldd meet my requirements. I also dealt with sharon gayle the general sales manager, and she made sure that i was satisfied 100%, by the way which i am!. i will always buy lexus vehicles, and it will always be at mcgrath Lexus of chicago! also if you already have a lexus, see dwayne allen and mark Mclawhorn the service advisors, they are the best!
