I have been putting off replacing my 2002 Chevy but decided to pull the trigger in late December right after Christmas last year. Not only is Jack an outstanding sales professional but he is also one of the friendliest and pleasant auto sales professional I'd the pleasure to do business with. Jack took his time and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. He later involved Matt Fenton (manager) to finalize a deal. Matt was a true professional and pleasant to do business with. Together, they offered me a deal I could not refuse. Not only did they give me a more than fair deal on my old Chevy, they went above and beyond to work with and accommodate my budget. Doug Bell diligently helped me through the paperwork even though this required him to stay late in the office beyond his normal hours.
