From the first moment I step through the doors at McGrath Lexus I must say wow. I was greated with a cheerful greeting. I was looking to trade my dear 1998 Toyota Camry and had looked online at some vehicles. My salesperson was Anthony Swanke and I must say he made this experience much less stressful then my last one. Anthony is very personable and extremely comfortable to talk with. Anthony was so patient in answering all the questions I had regarding the SUV's I was interested in. There was not arm twisting or high pressured sales tactics. Anthony helped me pick out a SUV that had all the features I was looking for at a price that worked for me. We went for a test drive and Anthony explained everything about the SUV to me. Anthony put me at easy as I was a little hesitant in driving an SUV having been a car driver for so many years. I must say I have no complaints at all EVERYONE at McGrath Lexus was so nice, helpful and easy to deal with. I don't feel like I just bought a SUV from a "dealership" I feel I'm now part of the McGrath Lexus family. I've dreamed of driving a Lexus and now my dream is a reality. I never thought purchasing a car would be so easy. To start with, I loved the fact that Heather did not attempt to "sell" the car to me. Due to unexpected extremely poor health issues and attendant financial problems, I need to eliminate owning an automobile and contacted McGrath to do so. Anthony Swanke directed me to Sharon Gale and she has outdone herself in the name of fairness by making me an extremely fair, and then some, offer to buy back my car. Sharon and McGrath are making the process of losing my great GS430 as easy and painless as possible and I sincerely doubt that one would find other dealerships doing the same. We all frequently have low opinions of automobile dealerships, but not once have I ever had anything other than a very high opinion of McGrath Lexus of Chicago and the sincerity of its employees in their endeavors to make owning one of their vehicles a very good experience.
