The car purchasing process can be painful and long and often you walk away not feeling satisfied with the purchase or the deal that you got. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Was consistently bothered by Matt in sales to bring my end of lease in. When I communicated the day I would be in he still continued to call. When we brought the car in we were clea in sales to bring my end of lease in. When I communicated the day I would be in he still continued to call. When we brought the car in we were clear in our message that we wanted to find out if any repairs needed to be done to the vehicle before we turned it in as this is what he told me over the phone....from here the horrible sales tactics started. 1. Lied to me about the reason he was taking a copy of my license... 2. Tried to tell me that although a new return policy was in place my car applied to the old one and I would have to purchase all new tires and repair most monor dings...This was not consistent with the info that was mailed to me and when I showed him what I had he suddenly changed his tune. 3. Wasted our time with his horrible selling tactics even though we told him multiple time that we were not there to buy a new car yet. This was communicated to him multiple times both in person and over the phone. 4. Completely lied to us about the turn in process. When we asked to speak to his manager his manager also gave us information that was false. This false messaging was confirmed to us thru the Lexus customer service hotline that I called immediately after leaving this dealer and another competing dealer in the area. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed! I had hoped to purchase a new Lexus but after this episode this dealership will never again get my business. I felt ripped off on all levels. More

Everything thing about my buying experience was GOLD STANDARD !! Never been this impressed with a car dealer. Salesman was very knowledgable and went the extra mile with researching previous owner, car fax, service history not enter in the car fax, ect ,,, I spent several hours at this dealer shopping for the perfect car. The selection was good and they had things to do while I waited for my financing to be approved. There is a putting green and cafe with food and coffee while you wait. Would recommend this dealer and BILL DAVIS specifically to my friends and family . YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. Was truly a pleasure doing business with you MCGRATH family !!!!
